How to get to Dorchester:

By rail

Dorchester is served by mainline services from London Waterloo via Basingstoke, Southampton and Bournemouth. Trains usually run every hour and journey from London takes a little over two and a half hours. Trains arrive at Dorchester South Station. Trains also run from Cardiff via Bristol to Weymouth and stop at Dorchester West Station.

By road from London and the east via the M3

Take the M27 westbound and continue along the A31 via Ringwood to Bere Regis and then the A35 to Dorchester.  Follow signs to town centre, drive up the main street to the roundabout at the top of town, go straight over and park in the Top o' Town car park.

By road from the west

From Exeter and the westcountry follow the M5 and leave at exit 29. Follow the A30 eastbound to Honiton and the A35 eastbound to Bridport. Continue along A35 and at the Dorchester bypass follow the sign to Dorchester (B3150) and continue until you reach the Top o' Town car park, which is on the left just before a roundabout.

By road from the north

From Bristol follow the A37 southbound via Shepton Mallet and Yeovil. At the approach to Dorchester town centre (The Grove) take the third exit off the roundabout and then turn right into the Top o' Town car park.

By road from the south

Follow the A354 from Weymouth, go straight across the Dorchester by-pass roundabout and follow signs to the town centre. At the traffic lights on a railway bridge turn left, following the 'through traffic' signs until you reach a roundabout. Take the first exit left and park in the Top o' Town car park soon after on the right.

From the Top o’ Town car park, go down the High Street, pass the church and we are just behind the red phone box, above the Cheltenham & Gloucester Building. Take the corridor on the left of the building, go up the stairs and we are the door in front of you.
