U.S. Carrier

• Problem: Client had invested heavily in industry leading signalling cards with a view to developing specialist TCAP enquires in their existing network infrastructure. Unfortunately they did not have the resources to develop the software needed.
• Solution: Full consultancy, design and development services provided resulting in the delivery of a mixture of licensed software and software source code to deliver TCAP requirements.
• Result: Squire Technologies was able to deliver licensed software based on their own software products providing reliability and very short delivery timescales. At the same time software source code was delivered allowing the customer to dictate their interface requirements.

Global OSS and Mediation Platform Provider

• Problem: Needed to integrate their existing mediation platform into a GSM network allowing them to monitor mobile messaging.
• Solution: Consultancy provided to clearly identify what messages to monitor and what interfaces in the GSM network. Designed and developed software to allow translation between incumbent GSM network probes and the clients mediation platform.
• Result: Were able to provide expertise and software to allow client to extend their proven mediation platform into GSM networks.

IVR Provider

• Problem: Clients IVR did not support SS7.
• Solution: Designed and developed an SS7 gateway with a customised IP based API that clients IVR system could communicate with.
• Result: Through the provision of a simplified API the client was able to interface with an SS7 network without the need to understand the complexities of the SS7 network or making any changes to existing platform. Again the delivered product was a mixture of licensed software and source code providing proven reliability and accelerated delivery timescales.

Wireless VoIP Provider

• Problem: Client needed to integrate their proprietary wireless VoIP system into an SS7 Network. Provider was an early adopter of wireless VoIP technology. They needed both specialist integration and expert consultancy on SS7 networks.
• Solution: Full consultancy and design of end-to-end SS7 to VoIP system using proprietary IP messaging. Provided onsite installation and ongoing support during network roll-out
• Result: Leading edge provider of wireless VoIP was able to leverage signalling knowledge to interface to their network and translate to SS7 network.

GSM Operator

• Problem: Client wanted to add to their existing infrastructure specialist MAP enquiries into the SS7 network.
• Solution: Full consultancy and design of SS7 MAP gateway with customised API to integrate directly into existing system.
• Result: Rather than purchase an SS7 MAP gateway that supports the entire MAP protocol with its own defined interface the client was able to purchase just the messaging they required with a custom interface allowing them to integrate into their existing infrastructure. This provided them with significant cost savings
